Oscar Changes Best Picture Nomination Rules

Oscar has announced a change for the 2011 Best Picture nominees! This year, anywhere from 5 to 10 nominees will be in the category as opposed to the 10 they have had the past two years. How many actual nominees they will have this year is uncertain until the announcements are made in January.
